最近的Gmail一直有问题，很难登陆。想是和此前的地震有关。
但这还不是最糟的。
前几天，想登陆hopesome@gmail.com时，突然发现，这个Gmail帐号被禁了。提示信息是：
"对不起，您的帐户已禁用。 有关 Google 帐户的更多信息，请前往支持中心http://www.google.com/support/accounts/咨询"。
Google说被禁的可能原因包括但不局限于：
"Abnormal usage includes, but is not limited to:
Receiving, deleting, or POPing out large amounts of mail in a short period of time.
Sending mail to a large number of recipients in a short period of time.
Using 3rd party file-sharing or storing software in your account.
Logging in from multiple locations in a short period of time.
Using your account for purposes other than email. If you"re using POP to retrieve your messages from Gmail and your account has been locked, please read I enabled POP access, and now I"m locked out of my Gmail account."
但我的邮箱只是用于最简单的邮件收发啊。显然不存在他们说的“不当使用”。
通过Google提示的路径给Google写了信反映情况，回信是这样的：
Hello,
Thank you for taking the time to report this issue. While we aren"t able to respond directly to your report, we"re working on these issues. Thanks so much for alerting us to the problem. If your report is concerning the security of your Gmail account, we ask that you email mail-abuse@google.com for further support.
Sincerely,
The Google Team Gmail
显然，这是一封机器自动回复的邮件。
很遗憾，这个Gmail禁用，没有预先通知。也不清楚，禁用的确切理由，以及，做出这个禁用决定的，是机器？还是人？
这个机器自动回复也很让人失望。这时候，我甚至希望有一个态度恶劣的客服出现，因为至少，你知道，有“人”在处理这事。
也许，有人会说，这是因为Gmail是beta，这是因为Gmail是免费。但是，这是Google提供的邮箱。

邮箱本身还不是最重要的，Gmail帐号附带的google帐号才是最关键的。邮箱被禁，你的所有的google个性化服务也被禁，其中的许多私人信息一旦有个闪失，那才是最致命的。
网络远非我们想象的安全和可靠。
对不起，所有最近给我发邮件的人，我（暂时？）还看不到你们的信息，因而也无法给你们回复。
直到，这个被禁的邮箱解禁。
