2、 很强的客户沟通能力和业务拓展能力（TAM中的Account Manager部分）；
3、 很强的微软技术背景和产品熟悉度（TAM中的Technical部分）；
4、 熟悉Active Directory体系架构和部署方式、熟悉Windows Server 2003主要产品特性和企业部署能力；
5、 熟悉SharePoint技术，如果有SharePoint Portal Server 2003或Office SharePoint Server 2007经验将优先考虑；
6、 熟悉Exchange技术，如果有Exchange Server 2003部署经验将优先考虑；
